Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Community Manager to lead our digital presence and marketing initiatives across Bangalore, Whitefield, Indiranagar, and Goa. You will start by managing social media, content planning, and community engagement, and as the business expands you will take ownership of the broader marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms, creating and publishing engaging content.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and support brand‑building initiatives.
• Drive customer engagement through digital campaigns, referrals, and retention programs.
• Build relationships with local communities, creators, and partners.
• Gradually assume responsibility for overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and vendor management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and other platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to create content calendars and run social media campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
