Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to act as the bridge between our brand and its audience. You will engage with members, gather feedback, and help shape a vibrant, inclusive community that feels heard and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community members by responding to queries and encouraging interaction.
• Design and execute community engagement strategies, including content creation, online events, and discussion facilitation.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with businesses, influencers, and community leaders to expand reach.
• Represent the community’s voice within the organization, relaying insights, challenges, and successes to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the founder to develop a community calendar and plan events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in community management, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to address issues promptly.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Cultural awareness and commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
• Event planning experience and high emotional intelligence.
• Agile and adaptable to changing community needs.
