Community Manager – Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to boost local brand engagement in Hyderabad. The role involves building strategic partnerships, curating in‑store experiences, and collaborating with artists, influencers, colleges, and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local artists, performers, creative agencies, and community groups.
• Conceptualize and execute in‑store events, workshops, and experiential marketing activations.
• Forge partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Work with mall management to secure seasonal activations and visibility opportunities.
• Identify, engage, and manage influencers for barter and paid collaborations.
• Coordinate with creative and production agencies for print collateral, event branding, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of community initiatives.
• Track event performance, partnership outcomes, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on local trends, cultural events, and consumer preferences to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in community management, brand marketing, events, partnerships, or marketing activations.
• Strong network within Hyderabad’s artist, influencer, college, and corporate ecosystem.
• Excellent understanding of Hyderabad’s demographics, consumer behavior, and local communities.
• Proven experience planning and executing offline events and partnerships.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, creative, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exposure to the Chennai market is a plus.
