Community Manager – Engagements & Brand Relationships

About the role

The Community Manager – Engagements & Brand Relationships will own the resident experience across Uniliv’s co‑living spaces in Noida. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on building a vibrant community by planning events, fostering partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency in every resident touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, festivals, and wellness activities end‑to‑end – from concept and budgeting to logistics, hosting, and post‑event review.
• Build and nurture long‑term brand relationships with partners, local businesses, and service providers, managing collaborations, renewals, and on‑ground activations.
• Manage resident communication channels and social media groups to keep the community informed, engaged, and connected.
• Lead, mentor, and support the on‑ground team as the primary CX owner for the region.
• Own the resident journey from onboarding to exit, proactively removing friction points.
• Monitor and improve NPS, CSAT, and overall resident satisfaction by collecting feedback, acting on it, and closing the loop.
• Champion the Uniliv brand both on‑site and online, driving positive reviews, referrals, and sentiment.
• Maintain trackers, manage engagement and partnership budgets responsibly, and report performance to leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a on‑ground team.
• Experience owning resident satisfaction metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
• Strong collaboration skills with operations, marketing, and customer support functions.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and community initiatives simultaneously.
