Community Manager (Digital & Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, performance‑driven Community Manager to own our digital presence across multiple locations. The role starts with a focus on social media management, content planning and community engagement, and will evolve into broader marketing leadership as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Grow online communities, monitor trends and propose new content ideas.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and support brand‑building initiatives.
• Promote events, workshops and community activities while ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Drive customer engagement through referral and retention programs.
• Build relationships with local creators, partners and community groups.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven track record managing Instagram and other platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience creating content calendars and running social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and optimization.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
