About the role

Dashverse is building the operating system for AI‑powered entertainment and needs a seasoned Community Manager to own and grow a key content vertical. You will be responsible for fostering an active, loyal community around short‑form video and AI‑generated originals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions, ensuring regular engagement and a positive experience.
• Design and execute growth strategies to increase community size, activity, and retention.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, discussions, campaigns, and events tailored to community interests.
• Analyze community behaviour, feedback, and trends to uncover engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and creative teams to launch initiatives.
• Gather insights from user conversations and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Enforce community guidelines, moderate discussions, and resolve conflicts.
• Track metrics such as engagement, growth, and retention, using data to refine tactics.
• Stay current on social media and community trends, experimenting with new formats.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or audience engagement.
• Proven track record running community campaigns, events, or contests.
• Strong understanding of community‑building strategies and audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
