Community Lead

About the role

Climyn is seeking a Community Lead to build and nurture its founding user community. You will identify sleep‑enthusiasts, bring them into the ecosystem, and turn their feedback into product insights that shape the future of adaptive sleep climates.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard founding users who care deeply about sleep.
• Build and maintain relationships with sleep‑conscious individuals.
• Conduct user interviews and gather actionable feedback.
• Drive community engagement, referrals, and participation.
• Organise online and offline community activities.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to surface user insights.
• Translate community feedback into product learnings.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Naturally curious and empathetic.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑building ability.
• Comfortable speaking with new people every day.
• Passion for health & fitness.
• 1–5 years of experience in community, customer success, growth, or related roles.
