Community Lead – Build Student Networks

About the role

HYPEDIN is looking for a Community Lead to expand its student network across Indian colleges. You will work closely with college societies, clubs and campus organisers to drive brand campaigns and on‑ground activations that resonate with young adults.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage active student communities, influencers and potential campus partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with society heads, club leads and campus representatives.
• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of student ambassadors, setting clear tasks, targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate brand campaigns, workshops, competitions and promotions with student groups.
• Track participation, reach, conversions and other campaign metrics, reporting regularly on community performance.
• Address on‑ground issues promptly and propose ideas to grow and retain the community.

Required profile

• Experience with campus communities, college societies, events or ambassador programmes (strong plus).
• Solid understanding of college culture and student motivations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable cold‑reaching new contacts and building programmes from scratch.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Experience in community building, event coordination or youth engagement.
• Ability to track and analyse campaign metrics.
