Community & Guest Partnerships Manager (Podcast & Diaspora Community)

About the role

Indianness is seeking a Community & Guest Partnerships Manager to bridge its popular podcast with a vibrant, values‑driven global diaspora community. You will own guest recruitment and relationship management while designing programs that turn listeners and guests into active community members, mentors, and collaborators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and recruit high‑impact podcast guests from business, policy, academia, social impact, healthcare, arts and related fields.
• Manage the full guest outreach cycle, including initial contact, scheduling, coordination with production, and post‑episode follow‑up.
• Design and execute engagement journeys that convert podcast guests into community members, mentors, speakers, and contributors.
• Develop and run community programs such as virtual roundtables, mentorship circles, fireside chats, and small‑group discussions to nurture a high‑trust, storytelling‑focused diaspora network.
• Build partnerships with universities, diaspora groups, and other organizations to co‑host events and expand community reach.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑builder with a track record of managing external partners or guests.
• Community architect who can design engagement experiences and foster inclusive participation.
• Disciplined operator comfortable with maintaining pipelines, CRM data, and coordinated outreach.
• Passion for the Indian diaspora mission and ability to ensure diverse, cross‑generational representation.
