About the role
We are hiring a Community Executive to own and grow a curated community of diners in Bangalore. You will build the human layer around our Elite platform, connecting food‑enthusiasts, restaurants and partners through regular meet‑ups and online interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and onboard new members while maintaining quality standards and the community’s vibe.
- Drive daily engagement by sparking conversations, sharing recommendations and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Plan, organise and host monthly meet‑ups, handling venue booking, logistics and attendee experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, chefs and partners to secure pop‑ups, early‑access offers and special events.
- Represent the community as its public face, delivering a warm, tasteful and consistently engaging presence.
Required profile
- Passion for food, dining culture and community building.
- Experience organising events and meet‑ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take end‑to‑end ownership.
