Community & Events Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to shape and grow our gaming community across India. You will define the long‑term vision, drive engagement, and orchestrate both online and offline events that bring gamers together.

Key responsibilities

• Define community strategy, audience segmentation and business‑aligned KPIs.
• Design and execute growth initiatives to scale a grassroots gaming community.
• Plan, organize and host impactful online and offline events.
• Build and nurture relationships with local gaming groups and regional influencers.
• Recruit, train and manage community moderators and volunteers.
• Oversee brand messaging and marketing campaigns across social platforms.
• Develop operational playbooks and frameworks for sustainable community expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 3+ years of experience planning, scaling and managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Deep knowledge of video games and the Indian gaming/esports ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram and project‑management tools.
• Ability to analyze community metrics and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel domestically and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
