About the role
We are seeking a visionary leader to head our community of women leaders, known as the Iron Lady community. This role is about building a movement that empowers women to achieve their highest potential every day.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant community of women leaders.
- Inspire members to achieve daily wins and align with the mission of "Million Women at the Top".
- Develop and deliver content, programs, and coaching that drive measurable impact.
- Foster a sense of belonging that enhances performance and engagement.
- Lead a 6‑step, experience‑led hiring journey, including video submissions, culture conversations, project work, and immersion days.
Required profile
- Proven experience building and scaling communities.
- Ability to inspire ownership and commitment in members.
- Deep passion for women’s emotional, professional, and personal growth.
- Comfort balancing inspirational leadership with practical execution.
