Community Development Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a Community Development Team Member to lead the launch, growth, and nurturing of our digital communities. You will work with our in‑house suite of tools to create vibrant spaces for job seekers, entrepreneurs, and citizens reporting civic issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute community architecture, engagement playbooks, and member acquisition strategies.
• Create, curate, and publish high‑impact articles and resources, ensuring content is searchable and indexed.
• Manage end‑to‑end newsletter production using our integrated tools.
• Build automated email workflows, segment members, and oversee the lead‑to‑member lifecycle with MarqueHub.
• Develop landing pages and event registration funnels using the proprietary page builder.
• Deploy surveys to gather member insights, NPS, and product feedback.
• Monitor community health metrics and act as an internal power user to inform product roadmap.

Required profile

• A strong execution mindset with a passion for connecting people.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, searchable content.
• Comfortable using and testing community and marketing automation tools.
