Community and Content Manager for Culture Tech

About the role

Adaptiv.Me is seeking a Community and Content Manager to lead the Culture Tech community for Project Bhaskar. Based in Ajmer, you will shape both online and offline experiences, turning complex AI concepts into engaging, culture‑focused narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and host community programs, meet‑ups, and events.
• Create and publish content across social media, newsletters, blogs, and community platforms.
• Develop editorial calendars aligned with product and brand goals.
• Monitor community feedback, respond to inquiries, and report on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community building, moderation, and event organization.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for diverse formats.
• Basic digital‑marketing knowledge, including analytics tracking.
• Interest in culture, media, technology, and AI.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on‑site in Ajmer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Cultural Studies, or equivalent experience.
