Communications Specialist – Justice Sector Assistance Program

About the role

The Communications Specialist will support the Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP) in the West Bank by creating and maintaining consistent branding across all project outputs. Working closely with technical staff, the specialist will ensure that reports, newsletters, training materials, and public outreach assets are professionally designed and aligned with PRO‑telligent and Tetra Tech standards.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and format project reports and newsletters in English and Arabic.
• Design visual materials for workshops, trainings, and public outreach, including slides, handouts, pamphlets, and other resources.
• Develop and apply a cohesive branding system for the JSAP project.
• Contribute to outreach content that promotes access to justice for underserved populations.
• Support additional duties assigned by the Deputy Chief of Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, design, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience creating branding plans.
• Four years of communication experience in development or civil‑society contexts preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in the West Bank.
• Strong adaptability, proactive problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Graphic design for both web‑based and print‑based media.
