Communications Manager – Bangalore

About the role

Adosphere Brandings is seeking a proactive Communications Manager to shape and execute both internal and external communication strategies that reinforce brand narratives and support high‑profile campaigns. The role is based in Bengaluru and reports to senior leadership, offering the chance to influence public affairs and branding initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
• Oversee monthly content calendars, create social media assets, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and traditional platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and strategists to produce multi‑format content.
• Monitor socio‑political trends, track audience sentiment, and use data insights to optimise reach and impact.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets, public stakeholders, and creative partners while ensuring regional narrative alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications, branding, or public affairs role.
• Fluency in Kannada and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex public narratives into engaging digital and mainstream content.
• High ownership, adaptability, and capacity to deliver creative projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong command of Kannada and English language skills.
