Communications & Information Management Analyst – UN India SDG Fund

About the role

The Communications and Information Management Analyst will support the UN India SDG Country Fund in delivering integrated communications and information management services. Working within the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office, the analyst will help advance UNDP’s strategic priorities for sustainable development across India.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications strategies to promote SDG initiatives and UNDP programmes.
• Manage information flows, data collection, and digital platforms to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Produce and edit communication materials, including briefs, newsletters, and multimedia content.
• Coordinate with government agencies, development partners, and civil society to align messaging and share best practices.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of SDG outcomes through data visualization and knowledge management tools.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and outreach activities related to the Country Fund.

Required profile

• University degree in communications, information management, development studies or a related field.
• Relevant experience in international development, preferably within the UN system.
• Strong understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Indian development context.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
