About the role
The Communications Analyst will support Accenture’s talent development initiatives by creating and delivering instructional content, managing internal communication campaigns, and helping the workforce improve performance and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop clear and compelling messages for internal audiences.
- Plan, execute and monitor social and communication campaigns.
- Design and deliver instructional materials that align with learning objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and propose development strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change adoption and improve business agility.
- Produce visual assets, presentations and infographics to support communication goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in communications, preferably within large professional services firms.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with social collaboration tools and change‑adoption initiatives.
Required skills
- PowerPoint (or similar presentation software).
- Adobe Photoshop.
