Communication Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communication Trainer to join our Learning & Development team in Trichy. You will work closely with freshers and recruiters, helping them improve spoken English, listening skills, confidence, and overall professional communication in a fast‑paced US IT recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive communication, spoken English, and soft‑skills training programs.
• Create engaging training materials, assessments, role‑play scenarios, and recruitment‑focused communication exercises.
• Facilitate mock recruiter‑candidate calls, simulations, and practical communication drills.
• Provide personalized coaching on pronunciation, listening comprehension, and confidence‑building.
• Conduct behavioral observations and give actionable feedback to improve professional communication.
• Develop refresher and remedial training based on performance data and organizational needs.
• Monitor learner participation, progress, and training outcomes; maintain detailed records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to identify communication challenges and design targeted interventions.
