Communication Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Partner to strengthen our employee culture through authentic storytelling and clear internal communication. The role will help employees understand business priorities, improve our online reputation and ensure consistent messaging across teams, functions and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute newsletters, internal campaigns and communication plans that keep staff informed and engaged.
• Interview employees, leaders and subject‑matter experts to capture insights and create feature stories, articles, reports and updates.
• Produce content for posters, standees, brochures, presentations and other internal communication materials.
• Identify fresh angles and craft messages that convey key business priorities in a meaningful way.
• Leverage social media channels as internal communication tools to build trust, relevance and engagement.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in gathering information through interviews and translating it into clear, engaging content.
• Ability to work across functions, teams and geographies to ensure message consistency.
• Understanding of how internal communication influences employee engagement and brand perception.
