Communication Partner

About the role

The Communication Partner will strengthen employee culture by creating authentic stories that connect staff to the company’s purpose and priorities. Through timely and relevant internal messaging, the role will raise awareness of business goals, support a positive online reputation, and ensure consistent communication across teams, functions and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute newsletters, internal campaigns and communication plans that keep employees informed and engaged.
• Interview employees, leaders and subject‑matter experts to produce feature stories, articles, reports and regular updates.
• Create content for posters, standees, brochures, presentations and other internal communication materials.
• Identify fresh angles to convey key messages clearly and meaningfully.
• Leverage social‑media channels as internal communication tools to build trust, relevance and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications or corporate storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interview and synthesize information.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and adapt messages for diverse audiences.
