Communication Officer

About the role

IPE Global Limited is seeking a Communication Officer to lead the creation and management of high‑quality content across its corporate channels. The role will support internal and external communications, ensuring the organization’s impact is clearly articulated to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread a wide range of communication materials, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, and reports.
• Manage and update the corporate website, coordinating with external vendors to keep content accurate and current.
• Develop marketing collaterals, presentations, posters, and short films for various events and meetings.
• Conceptualise and produce internal and external monthly newsletters, identifying stories that showcase IPE Global’s actions.
• Design basic visual assets such as one‑page flyers, e‑mail campaigns, infographics and posters.
• Oversee daily website reviews to maintain up‑to‑date information.
• Organise logistics for press conferences, roundtables, trainings, workshops and media events.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (preferably Master’s) in Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.
• Graduation in English is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
