Communication Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Coach to design and deliver training programs that enhance email and phone communication skills for our business development teams. The role involves coaching individuals and groups, providing real‑time feedback, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver soft‑skill training programs covering email etiquette, phone communication, empathy, active listening, persuasion, conflict resolution and customer engagement.
• Conduct workshops, one‑on‑one coaching sessions and live feedback on email drafts and call recordings.
• Develop role‑play scenarios and exercises to simulate real customer interactions.
• Create training materials, guides and frameworks for internal use.
• Track performance by reviewing email responses, call recordings and mock scenarios, and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure training aligns with team and organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration, psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a communications coach, sales trainer or similar role, preferably with sales or business development teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, empathy and the ability to build trust.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and training effectiveness.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM and sales communication tools (preferred).
