Commissioning Engineer – Refinery Projects

About the role

The Process Commissioning Engineer will join Aarvi’s CRU‑Refinery project, ensuring that all plant systems are commissioned to design specifications and operational standards. This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a safe, reliable, and efficient refinery startup.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning activities for the refinery, coordinating schedules, resources and documentation.
• Work with engineering, construction, and operations teams to meet project milestones.
• Perform functional tests, inspections and performance verification of equipment and control systems.
• Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions during the commissioning phase.
• Prepare and review commissioning reports, punch‑list items and hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or related discipline).
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in commissioning, preferably on refinery or large‑scale process projects.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and meet tight deadlines.
