Commis Chef – Full-time Kitchen Role

About the role

As a Commis Chef at World On A Plate, you will work full‑time on‑site in Bengaluru, supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and cooking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, executing basic cooking tasks, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety practices, keeping workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food‑safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior chefs, follow instructions for menu execution, and contribute to stock rotation, basic inventory checks, and mise en place.
• Help create an efficient, respectful kitchen environment and stay open to learning new culinary techniques.
