Commercial Delivery Manager (Mumbai)

About the role

The Commercial Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end commercial process for maritime client engagements, from initial enquiry through quotation, contract issuance, invoicing and debt follow‑up. Reporting to the Commercial Delivery Senior Manager, you will work closely with operations, assets screening and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assess client enquiries, gather voyage details and verify vessel sanctions.
• Prepare competitive quotations using internal pricing tools and record all data in Sonar.
• Confirm orders, draft and issue Bimco contracts, manage revisions and obtain client signatures.
• Coordinate with assets screening and operations for vessel documentation, team, weapon and flag requirements.
• Draft invoices, verify against contracts and quotations, and monitor outstanding payments.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in commercial or contract management within the maritime or security sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with voyage data, vessel sanctions and maritime documentation processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sonar (internal pricing system).
• Experience using Bimco contract platform.
