Commercial Contract Management Specialist

About the role

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is looking for a Commercial Contract Management Specialist to join its Commercial and Contract Management Project Management Office in Bangalore, India. The role will support the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, commercial governance and reporting for a large portfolio of catalogue services and contractual arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain contract processes, templates, hierarchy, strategy and lifecycle‑management tooling.
• Act as the first point of contact for new commercial resource requests, tracking contract pipelines and managing stage‑gate reviews.
• Maintain a directory of subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate routing of contracting queries.
• Support centralised extraction and tracking of obligations for complex contracts, including Master Service Agreements with over 30 customers.
• Administer contract repositories, metadata, search functions, health dashboards, renewals, end‑date tracking and query routing.
• Manage signature workflows and coordinate with the Vodafone Procurement Centre (VPC) to keep contract records up to date.
• Provide governance checks and support limited inheritance reviews for bespoke technology agreements.
• Produce regular reporting and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers.
