Commercial Accountant – Ecommerce

About the role

We are expanding our Ecommerce team and need a Commercial Accountant who can manage end‑to‑end financial processes for our online operations. The role focuses on accurate accounting of purchases, sales, inventory, and statutory compliance while supporting the business with timely financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Handle purchase, sales and purchase return accounting entries.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, stock finalization and manage Stock Transfer Notes (STN).
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and E‑Way Bill regulations.
• Utilize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central) for transaction processing.
• Prepare MIS reports and conduct financial reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
