Collections Agent – Credit Card Recovery

About the role

We are seeking motivated and result‑oriented telecallers to join our Credit Card Collections team in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. As a Collections Agent you will play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by contacting customers with overdue balances and securing timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding credit card balances.
• Remind customers of their dues, explain repayment options, and negotiate settlements.
• Record all interactions accurately in the collection system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies throughout the collection process.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local language is a plus.
• Professional and courteous attitude when handling sensitive financial matters.

Required skills

• DRA certification (highly preferred).
