Collection Specialist – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a Collection Specialist to join its Vadodara office on the night shift. The role focuses on timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable, collections, and cash receipt transactions for a leading behavioral health SaaS provider.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily cash receipts and collections.
• Maintain accurate accounts‑receivable records and ensure invoices are posted correctly.
• Analyze collection issues, recommend solutions, and communicate findings to internal teams.
• Work independently across multiple time zones while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Support the overall financial health of the organization by achieving collection targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or account management for a US‑based or multinational organization.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work night hours (6:30 pm‑3:30 am IST) and manage time effectively.
• Self‑starter who can operate with minimal supervision.
