Cold Caller – Student Recruitment (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced cold caller to generate and qualify leads for international students interested in studying in Canada. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound outreach, student engagement, and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective international students via phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM tools.
• Engage with education agents, partners and institutional stakeholders.
• Generate, qualify and manage high‑volume leads.
• Guide prospects through early‑stage application and enrollment processes.
• Stay updated on Canadian education requirements, visa processes and institution offerings.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, admissions or student recruitment.
• Preferably direct experience with the Canadian education market.
• Strong outbound communication and sales ability.
• Experience working with international students or education agencies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly organized and able to manage large lead volumes.
• Target‑driven and comfortable in a KPI‑focused environment.
