Coding Instructor (Online)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Coding Instructors to deliver live, interactive programming lessons to K-12 students through our online platform. You will inspire young learners, make complex concepts accessible, and help them build apps, games and websites.

Key responsibilities

• Teach coding live to students, ensuring lessons are fun, age-appropriate and engaging.
• Stimulate curiosity by guiding learners through project-based activities.
• Assess progress, grade assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share updates and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training, curriculum updates and teacher development programs.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or equivalent.
• Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify concepts for children.
• Reliable home setup: laptop/desktop with camera, microphone and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
• Teaching or tutoring experience and familiarity with K-12 CS education is a plus.

What we offer
