Co-Founder Pharmacist – 40% Equity (Bangalore)

About the role

We are launching a pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution startup in Bangalore and are looking for a registered pharmacist to join as a co‑founder. This is an equity‑based partnership where you will help shape the business from day one and own 40% of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with wholesale drug licensing and maintain all regulatory documentation.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, expiry tracking, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with medical stores, clinics, and distributors for product sourcing and delivery.
• Support daily pharmacy operations such as billing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
• Lead B2B outreach, onboard retailers, and conduct field visits to expand the network.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare partners, suppliers, and logistics providers.

Required profile

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification.
• Mandatory registration with Karnataka Pharmacy Council (PCI).
• Experience in retail or wholesale pharmacy operations preferred.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the Bangalore office.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long‑term commitment to the venture.

Required skills

• Ability to manage B2B relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
