CMA (USA) Trainer – Certified Management Accountant Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CMA (USA) Trainer to deliver high‑quality instruction to students preparing for the Certified Management Accountant examinations. The role involves live online or classroom teaching, mentoring, and developing learning materials to support exam success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online and/or classroom sessions for CMA (USA) Part 1 and Part 2.
• Explain accounting, finance, cost management, and strategic financial management concepts.
• Conduct doubt‑solving sessions, revision classes, and mock exam discussions.
• Develop study materials, presentations, question banks, and assessments.
• Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and career opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and academic teams to enhance learning materials.
• Stay updated with changes in the CMA (USA) syllabus and examination pattern.

Required profile

• CMA (USA) qualification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial planning, costing, budgeting, performance management, and strategic finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
