CMA (USA) Faculty/Trainer – Mumbai (Vile Parle East)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified CMA (USA) professional to join our team as a Faculty/Trainer in Mumbai. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction for CMA Part 1 and Part 2, both online and in‑class, and supporting students throughout their exam preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online and/or classroom sessions for CMA (USA) Part 1 and Part 2.
• Explain accounting, finance, cost management, and strategic financial management concepts.
• Conduct doubt‑solving sessions, revision classes, and mock exam discussions.
• Develop study materials, presentations, question banks, and assessments.
• Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and career opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and academic teams to enhance learning materials.
• Stay updated with changes in the CMA (USA) syllabus and examination pattern.

Required profile

• CMA (USA) certification.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial planning, costing, budgeting, performance management, and strategic finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms such as Zoom.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for virtual classrooms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery and assessment.
