Cluster Manager – Bihar

About the role

The Cluster Manager will lead a team of Field Sales Leaders (FLS) and Advisors in the Bihar region, driving business growth through recruitment, performance management, and profitability initiatives. This role focuses on achieving budgeted targets, maintaining branch profitability, and fostering a high‑performance sales culture.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure budgeted capacitation of FLS and achieve assigned business targets.
• Recruit quality resources and meet performance standards for recruitment, activation, policies, and premium.
• Maintain branch profitability and monitor Advisors’ contests and clubs.
• Identify training needs, share best sales practices, and mentor FLS through coaching and sales/recruitment calls.
• Maintain sales reports on introductions and issued business.
• Create effective engagement interventions at the branch level to ensure high activity and delivery.
• Conduct periodic reviews of key business levers and take corrective actions.
• Lead goal‑setting exercises with the team to drive productivity and progression.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage profitability.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
