Club Manager

About the role

WTF Gyms is expanding its technology‑enabled fitness network across Delhi NCR and is looking for a Club Manager to take full ownership of a gym club. The role combines operational leadership, sales management and member experience to drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the club’s P&L, monthly revenue, contribution margin and cost control, and translate annual plans into daily targets.
• Drive membership and personal‑training sales, manage the full conversion funnel, and improve renewal rates and referrals.
• Ensure a high‑energy member experience on the gym floor, monitor feedback, resolve complaints and maintain NPS/CSAT standards.
• Lead and develop front‑desk, sales, housekeeping and fitness teams through scheduling, target setting, coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the Area Fitness Manager to uphold trainer standards, monitor PT trial conversions, package utilisation and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator comfortable with day‑to‑day club management rather than a desk‑only role.
• Strong commercial discipline with experience in pricing, discount control and revenue protection.
• Proven people‑leadership skills, able to coach, motivate and retain a diverse team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle high‑value prospects and member escalations.
