About the role

Join SAP Fioneer’s product development team as a Cloud Native Full Stack Java Developer. You will work on innovative financial‑services software, delivering end‑to‑end banking and insurance solutions on cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop server‑side Java applications following reviewed designs and ensure high code quality through thorough testing.
• Perform functional integration testing of new features and promptly resolve any issues identified.
• Address defects discovered during internal and external testing to guarantee smooth deployments.
• Analyze and fix complex problems in both existing and new code bases.
• Contribute to short development and release cycles while maintaining strong delivery standards.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Apply agile software engineering practices throughout the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, QA, and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience working in agile teams and delivering within short release cycles.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to understand and apply design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
