Cloud Engineer II – MDM (JAMF & Intune)

About the role

Netrix Global is looking for a Cloud Engineer II specialized in Mobile Device Management (MDM). The engineer will act as the subject‑matter expert for JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune, designing, implementing and operating Windows and macOS lifecycle management at scale for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for JAMF Pro administration and Microsoft Intune, including environment design, configuration and operational governance.
• Handle requests, incidents and proactive maintenance tasks related to JAMF Pro and Intune platforms.
• Design and maintain scalable configurations for enterprise Windows and macOS fleets, including device enrollment, provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Define, enforce and monitor compliance baselines using JAMF policies, configuration profiles and Intune policies.
• Drive cleanup and optimization activities such as stale device removal, inventory normalization and lifecycle decommissioning.
• Own the patching lifecycle for macOS and Windows, managing OS updates, third‑party application patches (JAMF, Patch‑My‑PC, N‑able) and compliance reporting.
• Develop and maintain JAMF‑Intune integration for accurate compliance state reporting and conditional‑access alignment.
• Troubleshoot patch failures, policy conflicts, integration issues and reporting discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of hands‑on experience with endpoint management, Windows and macOS lifecycle management.
• Proven experience acting as a technical lead for enterprise customers.
