About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and manage the front‑desk environment.
• Handle inbound calls, provide information on services, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient flow, manage appointment calendars, and follow up on visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
