About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Handle inbound calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations, manage patient flow, and follow up on appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare‑front‑desk role.
