About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth, patient‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Handle inbound calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.
• Manage patient flow, coordinate follow‑up communications, and maintain accurate records.
• Support billing, insurance verification, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory control.
• Address patient concerns and feedback empathetically.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑centered attitude with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Experience using lead generation tools.
• Competence in standard office software.
