Clinical Receptionist & Client Relations Executive (TeleSales)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This hybrid role blends clinical reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth, patient‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional front‑desk experience.
• Handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Coordinate patient flow, manage follow‑up communications, and support overall clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient‑centred attitude with a compassionate approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Experience using lead generation tools.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
