About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinic. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate clinic operations, manage patient flow and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain patient records while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
