Clinical Receptionist & Client Relations Executive (Tele-sales)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinic in Gurgaon and South Delhi. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and manage the front‑desk area.
• Handle incoming calls, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a patient‑centered approach.
