About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This position blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, provide service information, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate clinic operations, manage patient flow, and follow up on appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.

Required profile
