Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Nurse

About the role

Nirvana International LLP is seeking a registered nurse to join its UK healthcare operations team. This position focuses on clinical quality, patient safety, and governance, reviewing documentation and supporting continuous improvement rather than direct patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Review electronic care records and daily notes in real time.
• Audit medication documentation and MAR records.
• Check care plans for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential clinical risks.
• Escalate medication, safeguarding, and safety concerns to the UK clinical team.
• Prepare clinical audit reports and daily quality summaries.
• Support clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with family feedback calls when required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing or Post‑Basic B.Sc. Nursing).
• Minimum 3 years post‑registration clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English with high attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
