Clinic Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a professional Clinic Receptionist to manage the front‑desk operations of our Ayurvedic Hospital in Thane. The role involves greeting patients, handling communications, and supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, providing courteous assistance.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Schedule doctor appointments, register patients, and maintain accurate appointment records.
• Update and organize patient records and daily reception logs.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to streamline patient flow.
• Process basic billing, payments, and issue receipts.
• Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and visits.
• Provide information about hospital services, timings, and treatment options.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, orderly, and presentable.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th grade education; graduate preferred.
• 13 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare front‑desk roles.
• Fluent in Marathi; Hindi and basic English are advantageous.
• Polite, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
