Client Servicing Manager – Corporate Merchandise

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of corporate merchandise, gifting, apparel and branding projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, turning their requirements into high‑quality, on‑time solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close orders.
• Gather client requirements and recommend appropriate merchandise solutions.
• Coordinate with design, production, purchasing, vendor and logistics teams.
• Manage samples, artwork approvals and production timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery and monitor client satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads, generate repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
• Resolve client queries and issues proactively.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, corporate gifting, merchandise, branding, events or a related B2B field.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solution‑oriented and proactive attitude.
