Client Services Representative

About the role

Invesco, a leading independent global investment firm, is seeking a Client Services Representative to join its operations in Telangana. You will act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests while upholding the firm’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and process client requests using internal systems and resources.
• Evaluate inquiries, exceptions, and rejected transactions to determine priority and appropriate resolution.
• Conduct account research, process financial and non‑financial transactions, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Interpret procedural guidelines and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
• Escalate critical issues, monitor quality and productivity metrics, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Document all interactions, complaints, and resolutions in line with compliance requirements.
• Initiate outbound communications when needed to clarify requests or resolve issues.
• Contribute to team goals, operational excellence initiatives, and departmental projects.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry and terminology.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar financial services, customer‑service, or transaction‑processing role.
• Strong communication abilities and quick grasp of new concepts.
• Proactive ownership of tasks and willingness to support cross‑functional teams.
